It seems there are those people out there who are just servants, people with some kind of innate wisdom, born to help, and they can show up in almost any profession, it almost doesn't matter what they pick, because they radiate help and support. I literally had the same feeling from a 40-minute call with someone from the Canada Revenue agency the other day. Just the quality of this person's voice, their patience, competency, thinking ahead on my behalf, imbuing confidence. I was so grateful.
